What is proposed?

S.34 LICENSING ACT 2003 AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made to Chelmsford City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence, namely at: KVM TEN (formerly called Meon Convenience Store), 14 Meon Close, Chelmsford CM1 7QQ (Licence no. 05/00850/LAPRE). A Description of the Variation is described below: To amend the times for the sale of alcohol to 06.30hrs to 23.00hrs Monday to Sunday and to remove the embedded conditions at Paragraph 1 of Annex 2 of the existing premises licence. Opening times of the premises to be amended to the same as for the sale of alcohol.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. All representations must be made by 22nd May 2024 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1 JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk.

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
