We Treetops Penshurst Ltd hereby give notice that we have made an application to the Sevenoaks District Council, The Licensing Partnership, The Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG for the grant of a new premises licence to permit:
1. The sale of alcohol
In respect of premises located at Grove Road, Penshurst, TN11 8DU known as Treetops.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m – Monday to Friday (except public holidays) or www.sevenoaks.gov.uk/licensing . Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the Licensing Partnership, PO Box 182, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GP or by email to email address licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk by no later than 28th May 2024.
Any person may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only i.e the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
