What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Slough Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Slough West, 395 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 5QL.

The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Slough Borough Council, Licensing Team, Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, Slough SL1 2EL or by email;-

licensing@slough.gov.uk

no later than the 21st May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Slough Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal business hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
