Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We Hotel Managers Ltd of Leasowe Castle Hotel, Leasowe Road, Leasowe, CH46 3RF have applied to Wirral Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Leasowe Castle Hotel of Leasowe Road, Leasowe, CH46 3RF for the following:- Variation to include all the titled land inclusive as licenced premises for licensable activities- sale by retail of alcohol/ indoor sporting events/ live music recorded music and performance of dance/ open to the public. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH44 8ED or via email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 21st MAY 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
