NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Bolton Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Long Causeway, Longcauseway, Farnworth, Bolton BL4 9BW.

The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Bolton Council, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU no later than the 21st May 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Bolton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday inclusive.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
