LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 24th April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Caerphilly County Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Chequered Flag, Newport Road, Trethomas, Caerphilly CF83 8GB. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The sale of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG no later than the 22nd May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Caerphilly County Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive or from the Council’s website www.caerphilly. gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
