What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that IPA Trading Limited has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as IPA, 264 Earls Court Road, London, SW5 9AD.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 0930 to 2230, Sundays 1030 to 2200; opening hours Monday to Saturday 0930 to 2230, Sundays 1030 to 2200.

NB. On sales of alcohol will be restricted to those customers attending a masterclass or tasting session at the premises.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk or by post to The Licensing Team, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX no later than 24th May 2024 stating the grounds for representation.

A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing or in person at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
