What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the variation of Premises Licence

Notice is given that Tasty (Dorset) Ltd has applied to the BCP Council for the variation of Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: Tasty, 186 Old Christchurch Road Bournemouth BH1 1NU. The proposed variations are: changes to licensed area and layout, Sale of alcohol ON & OF the premises 110Ohrs - 0700hrs daily. Modifications to conditions 2.3 and 2.10.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BSH2 6LL licensing@bcpcouncil.co.uk no later than 20th May 2024. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address. Full details of the application can be viewed at www.boumemouth.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
