APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Maninder Singh Khurana is applying to Vary a Premises Licence at Church Road Convenience Store 14 Church Rd Aston B6 5UP

If GRANTED the application will allow:

Sales of Alcohol Off the Premises
Monday –Sunday 06:00 – 00:00

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice ,by midnight on 24th May 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
