TAKE NOTICE, Karl Chadwick , has made an application, pursuant to Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003, to vary the premises licence in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the proposed variation is as follows: Licensed activities include background music from 11-00 until 24-00 Sunday through Wednesday. 11-00 until 01-00 Thursdays and 11-00 until 04-00 Fridays and Saturdays. Extension to Sale of Alcohol from 11-00 to 01-00 Thursdays and 11-00 to 04-00 Fridays and Saturdays. Late night refreshments available until 23-30 on weekends.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for representations is 2359hrs on 08-05-2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
