What is proposed?

Section 17, Licensing Act 2003. 

Notice is hereby given by Serenity Garden T/A Serenity Garden (Wales) Ltd has made an application to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a premises licence. 

The application is in respect of Serenity Garden, Redberth Gardens, Redberth, Tenby SA70 8RP and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing. 

The application relates to the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off premises and on line, live and recorded music, dancing, and late night refreshments.

Representations in respect of the application must be made to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk Those representations must be made in writing by 15th May 2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which  the representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
