LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd April 2024 Euro Garages Limited applied to Wigan Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Billinge, 275 Upholland Road, Billlinge, Wigan WN5 7DN. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan WN1 3DS or by email;- licensing@wigan.gov.uk no later than the 21st May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Wigan Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ between the hours of 09:00 am and 17:00 pm Monday to Friday. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
