What is proposed?

Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I Jonathan Laing have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Honeysuckle Cafe and Bistro 8 Market Street, Ulverston, LA12 7BA

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 10:00 to 23:00 hours, seven days a week .. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 13/05/2024 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
