What is proposed?

Notice of Application for a Variation of the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that El Mono Entertainment Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Havering Council for a variation of the premises licence for Gravity Bar, 322 Collier Row Lane, Collier Row, Romford, Essex, RM5 3NL to 1) Remove all existing conditions from Annex 2 of the premises licence 2) Add new conditions to the premises licence 3) Add the provision of live and recorded music to the premises licence 4) Extend the permitted licensed hours for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises 5) Extend the permitted licensed hours for all licensable activities on New Years Eve.

Any representations by any other person or responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 19th May 2024 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
