Notice is hereby given that Henfox Limited intends to apply for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Howell & Marsden 7 St John Street Ashbourne DE6 1GP. It is proposed as follows: Sale of Alcohol (Both) - Monday to Sunday 08:00am until 19:00pm. Opening Hours – Monday to Sunday 07:00am until 19:30pm.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Derbyshire Dales District Council Licensing Authority, Derbyshire Dales District Council Town Hall, Bank Road Matlock DE4 3NN www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk between normal office hours. This application was lodged with Derbyshire Dales District Council Licensing Authority on 22/04/2024 and any representations must be made in writing to Derbyshire Dales District Council Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 20/05/2024.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
