NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises Y Muni, Gelliwasted Road. Pontypridd, CF37 2BW
Notice is given that Awen Cultural Trust has applied to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
- The sale or supply of alcohol
- Provision of regulated entertainment
- A performance of a play (e.g. a pantomime or amateur dramatic production, including a rehearsal)
- An exhibition of a film
- A performance of live music (e.g. karaoke, a band or a choir)
- Any playing of recorded music
- A dance performance
- Facilities for making music, dancing and entertainment of a similar description
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.
Representations must be received no later than 09/05/2024
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
