Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Takaa Tak ltd has applied to Richmond Council for a new premises licence at Takaa Tak, 4 Broad Street, Teddington, TW11 8RF for Live Music, Recorded Music, Dancing and The Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Monday - Sunday: 11:00 - 00:00, Late Night Refreshment: Monday -Sunday: 23:00 - 00:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 10/05/2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority at above address between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Councils website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
