What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Happybadge Projects Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Southern Star, Rooftop and part first floor, 54 Tooting High Street, Tooting, London, SW17 0RN.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are :

1. Supply of alcohol (on sales only) 10:00-midnight Sunday to Thursday and 10:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday.

2. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) 23:00-midnight Sunday to Thursday and 23:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday

3. Recorded music (indoors and outdoors) 10:00-midnight Sunday to

Thursday and 10:00-01:00 Friday and Saturday.

4. Opening 09:00-00:30 Sunday to Thursday and 09:00-01:30 Friday and Saturday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by e-mail licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 20th May 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices address above between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm or on the council's website - www.wandsworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
