NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th April 2024 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Warrington Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Junction 9 Retail Park, Winwick Road, Warrington WA2 8TW.

The proposed licensable activities are;- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Warrington Borough Council, East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1UH no later than the 13th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Warrington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours and where applicable at any time on www.warrington.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
