What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

An application for a variation of existing premises licence has been made by Charlotte Lyon for the premises known as the hideaway, 2 Garswood Street, Ashton in Makerfield, WN4 9AF.

The application seeks to change the supply of alcohol hours and recorded music hours.

Supply of alcohol on the premises Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00, Friday to Saturday 12:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00.

Hours of opening and recorded music indoors, Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 02:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00.

The application may be inspected at the licensing section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the council’s website, www.wigan.gov.uk. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 13th May 2024.
