NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that we, Anasma Ltd t/a Anasma Italian Cuisine, Unit 201 Trentham Shopping Village, Stokeon Trent, ST4 8AX has made an application for a Premises Licence for the Sale of Hot Food, Regulated Entertainment, Sale of Alcohol held at: Monday to Sunday from 08.00am - 11.00pm.
Any persons wishing to make comments must do so in writing to the Licensing Officer, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ within 28 days from the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
