LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd April 2024 El Group Limited applied to Portsmouth City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Rutland Arms 205 Francis Ave, Southsea, Portsmouth, Southsea PO4 0AH. The proposed licencable activities are;- 1.The Supply of Alcohol and Provision of Regulated Entertainment (Films, Indoor Sporting Events, and Performance of Dance on Mondays to Thursdays between the hours of 10:00 to 23:59 and on Fridays and Saturdays between 10:00 and 01:00. 2.To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23:00 and 00:30. Please Note- This application is in identical terms to the existing premises licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing Service, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth Hants PO1 2AL or emailing Licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk no later than 20th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Portsmouth City Council and the record of the application may be inspected online at Portsmouth City Council website under Licensing- online application and public register. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
