LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT WJX Food UK Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 17 April 2024 for the grant of a premises licence at Xi Home Dumplings 10 Blossom Street, London E1 6PL for the provision the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00, as more particularly set out In the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing (Alcohol & Entertainment) Tower Hamlets Town Hall 1st Floor 160 Whitechapel Road London E11BJ or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk to be received by no later than 15 May 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
