What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Interstate UK Leeds Limited
to the Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council for a
Premises Licence for the Hyatt Hotel, 2 Sovereign Street,
Leeds. LS1 4BT. The application includes the following
terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 08:00 and
01:00 hours Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 and 02:00
hours Thursday to Saturday to non residents and 24 hours
a day seven days a week to residents. 2. To enable the sale
of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on
other limited days as specified in the application. 3. To
enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the
application) to be provided when the Premises are open for
the sale of alcohol. 4. To enable the provision of late night
refreshment. Full details of the Application can be viewed
at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 1UR. A
responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 15th May 2024

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
