NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that, Bee Inspired LTD have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Bee Inspired, 7 Hastings Court, Wickersley, Rotherham S66 1JY.
The application seeks consent to allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday between 09:30 hours and 17:00 hours; and on Wednesday between 09:30 hours and 18:00 hours.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 10th May 2024

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
