NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the Licensing Authority of Chichester District Council for a Premises Licence Variation under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Postal address of premises: (or if no postal address, description of location and extent of the premises): Crouchers Orchards at Pump Bottom Farm, Birdham Road, Appledram, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 7EH
Description of application: To extend the existing licensed area (the premises may still only be used for licensable activities on one occasion for four consecutive days between June and September); To extend/ reduce the hours for various existing licensable activities and opening hours of the premises; To add the performance of dance; and To allow all live and recorded music outdoors and consequently to remove Condition 2 of Annex 2.

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to an unlimited fine.
