Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PIT.) Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The White Lion Hotel, Castle Street, Whittington, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY11 4DF. The variation proposed is as follows:-

1. Amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies the application and to permit the sale of alcohol from an external bar servery. 2. Add non-standard timings for live music as detailed within the application. 3. Remove certain existing Annex 2 conditions, and replace with new conditions as detailed within the application.

A copy of the application can be inspected online at www.shropshire.gov.uk. This application was lodged with Shropshire Council on 1st April 2024 and any representations must be made in writing to Licensing, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 6ND; or by email to licensing@shropshire.gov.uk no later than 13 May 2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
