NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Ilona House Investments Limited has applied to London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham on 22 April 2024 for the grant of a shadow premises licence to use the premises at 490-492 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5NH for the provision of regulated entertainment (Film, Indoor Sports, Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance, Anything Similar) and the provision of late night refreshment from 09:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday, on the same terms as currently permitted by premises licence 2023/01281/LAPR, and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: licensing@ lbhf.gov.uk or via the register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing to be received by no later than 20 May 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing or by request (020 8753 1081).
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
