LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO WIGAN COUNCIL
An application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Lisa Colette Wilkinson and John Paul Wilkinson for the premises known as / situated at Stirrup Cup, The Barn, Forest Fold Farm, Miles Lane, Shevington, Wigan, WN6 8EU.
The application seeks to Supply Of Alcohol on the premises, Sunday - Thursday 11.00 - 21.00, Friday & Saturday 11.00 – 23.00.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 15.05.2024. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
