Licensing Act 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE

Application for the grant of a Premises Licence
Premises: GL Wholesale Ltd., Workshop Behind Muriel Bungalow, Christine House, London Road, Upchurch, Kent ME8 8PT GL Wholesale Ltd. have applied to Swale Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The premises is a wholesale retail store selling alcohol for consumption off the premises.Proposed Licensable Activities:Sale of Alcohol:Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 20:00 Date to make representations by: 6th May 2024

The licensing applications can be inspected by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Any objections to this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Department, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 3HT

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Any person who makes a false statement is liable, on summary conviction, to an unlimited fine
