NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Artfarm Limited has applied to Wiltshire Council on 09 April 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Unit 15, Woodlands Industrial Estate, Eden Vale Rd, Westbury, BA13 3QS for the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00 as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk or by writing to The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN to be received by no later than 07 May 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/licences-permits-new-premises-applications or by emailing publicprotectionnorth@wiltshire.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
