Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a premises licence for a Temporary Store at, Car Park, Co-op, 44-46 Ombersley Road, Worcester WR3 7EU for use during refurbishment of the main store.

The licensable activity is sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Saturday between 07:00-22:00 and Sunday between 11:00 – 17:00. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Section, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint way, Kidderminster DY11 7WF or by email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk by 15 May 2024. The Application may be viewed by appointment at the Council Offices or at www.worcester.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
