To Whom It May Concern: We Darts Farm Limited
do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Darts Farm Topsham Exeter EX3 0QH And known as Darts Farm
The application is: For provision of regulated entertainment between 18.00 and 01.30 Live Music Recorded Music Supply of alcohol on and off Premises between 18.00 and 01.30 The Provision of Late Night Refreshment between 23.00 and 02.00
All of the above would take place between 18.00 and 02.00hrs Friday 5th July 2024 to Saturday 6th July 2024 for the Exeter Property Ball 2024
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Est. Honiton EX14 1EJ not later than the 16 May 2024.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations Must Be In Writing A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary of conviction is unlimited.
