Kirkland, Kendal, Application to Vary a Premises Licence.

Notice of application for a Variation to a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We Kirkland News have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Kirkland News 2 Kirkland Kendal LA9 5AB.

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol from 06:00 to 23:00 hours, seven days a week. Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 02/05/2024 stating the grounds for the representation.

The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 - 16:00. Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
