What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Adanami Limited in respect of Premises known as Kissaten, 30 Brewer Street, London, W1F 0SS applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is: 1. To change the name of the premises to Epoc; 2. To replace the registered premises plan; 3. To add the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 10:00 and 23:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and between 10:00 and 22:30 on Sundays, and 4. To amend and add conditions relating to the sale of alcohol and premises capacity. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Authority, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 13th May 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.westminster.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
