NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Forbici, 86 Cross Street, Manchester, M2 4LA. Notice is given that Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to: Retail Sale of Alcohol (on and off the premises): Sunday to Thursday 10:00-00:00 and Friday to Saturday 10:00-01:00. Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors only): Sunday to Thursday 23:00- 00:00 and Friday to Saturday 23:00-01:00. Provision of Recorded Music (indoors only): Sunday to Thursday 23:00- 00:00 and Friday to Saturday 23:00-01:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 14th May 2024 to Licensing Team, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB.
