Notice is hereby given that Chef Matei Baran Events Ltd has applied in respect of Haus Der Bratwurste, 4-5 West Row, Darlington, DL1 5PL for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Sale of Alcohol Off Premises - 10:00 - 23:00 Every day
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 13 May 2024 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
