What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of North Tyneside Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Great Lime Road,
Dudley, Cramlington, NE23 7FQ. The proposed licensable
activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off
the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and
00:00. Written representations can be made to the
Licensing Authority at The Licensing Section, The
Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle
Upon Tyne, NE12 6UB or by email to
liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk any time up to and
including 13th May 2024. This application can be viewed
by appointment at the above address between 9.30am and
4pm Monday to Friday or via www.northtyneside.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
