Notice is hereby given that WH Smith Retail Holdings
Limited has applied in respect of the WH Smith Hastings
Rail, Station Approach, Havelock Road, Hastings,
TN34 1BA for the grant of a new premises licence under
the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Opening
Hours Monday – Sunday 06:00 – 19:30; Sale of Alcohol
(off sales only) Monday – Sunday 06:00 – 19:30. For a full

application using the details below. Any person wishing to
make representations about this application should write to
the Head of Environmental Services, Aquila House, Breeds
Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY by 10 May 2024; a copy of the
full application is available at www.hastings.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
