The application seeks to
SELL ALCHOCOL VIA ONLINE WEBSITE TO GENERAL PUBLIC
SELL ALCOHOL TO GENERAL PUBLIC BY MEANS OF VISITATION TO THE PREMESIS ALTHOUGH CONSUMPTION ON SITE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
OPENING TIMES ARE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY 07:00 - 15:00
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk
Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 10/05/2024. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
