The Mill Arts Centre Trust propose to Licence Woodgreen Leisure Centre, Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury OX16 0HS for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and provision of Regulated Entertainment between 10:00 - 23:00 daily.
