APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES
LICENCE
TAKE NOTICE that we The Beer Necessities
(Todmorden) Limited have applied to Calderdale
Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the
grant of a premises licence in respect of
premises known as 17 Water Street,
Todmorden, OL14 5AB
For sale of alcohol for consumption on and off
premises between the hours of: Sunday 12:00
and 23:00, Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 22:00
and Friday to Saturday 12:00 to 23:00.
Interested parties and responsible authorities
may make representations regarding the
application where they believe that the proposed
activities would undermine any of the four
licensing objectives.
Applications may be viewed on our Public
Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing
to the Registration and Licensing Manager,
Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ
by May 3rd, 2024.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing
Register may do so at the above address during
normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and on summary
conviction would be liable to a fine not
exceeding £5000.
