Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of New Forest District Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Salisbury Road, Totton, Southampton, SO40 2RW.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00.

Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at Licensing Services, New Forest District Council Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA or via email at licensing@nfdc.gov.uk at any time up to and including 13th May 2024.

A record of this application is available to view during office hours at the above offices or via www.newforest.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
