NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Leeds City Council for a Premises
Licence for the Aldi Store at St Georges Retail Park,
Middleton, Leeds, LS10 3SA. The proposed licensable
activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off
the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and
00:00. For full details and to view a copy of the application

or email entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk. Written
representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at
Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR any time up to and including 13th May
2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
