What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Mountain Pub Co Propco
Limited has applied in respect of the White Hart, White
Hart Fold, Todmorden, OL14 7BD for a variation to the
premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
To permit the premises to provide Live & Recorded Music
(indoors only). The hours when this shall be provided are
as follows (this is in line with the hours the premises is
currently licensed for the sale of alcohol): Live & Recorded
Music (Indoors) Sunday – Thursday 09:00 – 00:00, Friday
– Saturday 09:00 – 01:00. To amend the operating schedule
by removing some conditions (including JD Wetherspoon
Plc conditions) and adding the following: “Non-alcoholic
beverages shall be available at all times the sale by retail of
alcohol is carried out on the premises.” Representations to
this application must be made in writing, by the end of
3 May 2024, to the Licensing Unit at Calderdale MBC,
Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ where the register of
licensing applications can be inspected during office hours
and/or at www.calderdale.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
