APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: DANDELION & DUCK LTD to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as: DANDELION & DUCK which are situated at: PARK HOUSE FARM, PARK LANE, LAUGHTON, GAINSBOROUGH DN21 3PX
The proposed licensed activity(ies) to be carried on at the premises is as follows;- Retail sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises 08.00 TO 22.30 daily.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only)
Any representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by: 9th May 2024
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
