Notice is hereby given that Tazz Convenience Store
Limited has applied to Calderdale Council to vary a
premises licence as follows: 1. Change opening
hours to 06:00 Monday to Sunday. 2. Sales of
alcohol Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 01:00, Friday
to Sunday 06:00 to 02:00 (only the morning time is
changing). 3. Remove all licensable activities apart
from alcohol sales and Late Night Refreshment. 4.
Change of floor plan. 5. Remove all current
conditions at Annex 2 to be replaced with more
appropriate conditions.
