What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Ltd
have applied to West Northamptonshire Council on 9th
April 2024 for a variation to a premises licence to use the
premises at: Sixfields Tavern, Hungry Horse, Walter Tull
Way, Sixfields Leisure, Northampton, NN5 5QL. To vary
the following: Hours for Sale by Retail of Alcohol from
09.00am daily. To add non-standard timing: From the end
of permitted hours New Years Eve to the beginning of
permitted hours New Years Day. For full details please refer
to the application. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing of his/her representation by 7th May 2024
stating the grounds for making said representation to: The
Licensing Team, West Northamptonshire Council,
The Guildhall, St Gile’s Square, Northampton, NN1 1DA
or by email to licensing.nbc@westnorthants.gov.uk
Representations received after this date cannot be
considered. A copy of this application can be viewed at the
offices of: The Licensing Team, West Northamptonshire
Council, The Guildhall, St Gile’s Square, Northampton,
NN1 1DA by appointment, please call 0300 126 7000 or
view online at www.westnorthants.gov.uk The Licensing
Authority must receive representations by the date given
above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any
such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
or in connection with an application for premises licence
and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
