Notice is hereby given that Thomas Mallinson, have made an application under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as:
Boomerang Deli Ltd, 4d Albion Street, Morley, LS27 8DT
I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises:
Sale of alcohol Monday to Friday 11:00-15:30 / Saturday 11:00-16:00
Subject to the following terms:
CCTV, Challenge 25, incident register, litter clearance
Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until: 6th May 2024
