NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that I, SUBBIAH LTD have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Holywell Green Family Shopper 235, Stainland Road,
Holywell Green, Halifax HX4 9AJ
Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below: Application to Vary the Premises Licence. The variation is proposed for the Licensable activities to sell alcohol during seasonal and non-seasonal timings that are specified below Monday : 06:00 to 23:00 Christmas Day: 08:00 to 22:00Tuesday : 06:00 to 23:00, Good Friday: 06:00 to 22:30, Wednesday : 06:00 to 23:00, Thursday : 06:00 to 23:00, Friday : 06:00 to 23:00, Saturday : 06:00 to 23:00, Sunday : 06:00 to 23:00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Crossley Street, Halifax,
HX1 1UJ by 07/05/2024 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so by appointment at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
